Our journeys are all different and uniquely beautiful. One's Own Yoga will help you cultivate a practice where you can find mindful and intentional movement and possibly challenge you to meet your own comfortable edge while going at your own pace. There is no right place to be.
Yoga can be intimidating at any stage in our journeys. With One's Own Yoga there will always be inclusivity to understanding individual needs to ensure those needs are met where we are at each day in our bodies. Variations to postures with and without yoga props are offered in each class.
